My secret to youth is simple: a positive loving attitude, dancing, healthy food and I drink not only a lot of water, I drink the best I can find.

As adults our bodies are made up of approximately 70% water. You wouldn’t consider replacing dirty water in a fish aquarium with more dirty water. You replace it with clean pH balanced water. So, why not give your own body the same care and nourishment?

I have owned the best water ionizers on the market, produced by 3 different companies. The first one, by Enagic, although a great machine, I found it to be way over priced. The second machine I purchased was by Ionways, called the Athena. I love this one. The third unit is by a relatively new company called Water- Revolution.
